Contact our Main office to determine availability for appointment times. Once this is complete, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) will contact you to begin the process that is outlined below:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much services will cost.
You may also submit a request an appointment by following this link.
One of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) will work together to assess your child in a fun and play-based way while parents complete an interview. This process allows us to get to know your child and what’s important to your family. This time is used to set initial treatment goals and develop an individual treatment plan
Once treatment recommendations are made and the treatment plan is signed, the Registered Behavior Technician and the team will begin direct services. This always includes a two week period of “pairing”. This is an evidence-based procedure that allows the therapist a chance to pair themselves with fun and really get to know your child. We then begin to fade in treatment plan goals and work on these until they generalize to others and to other settings. Therapists collect data during each session and will review with you per session.
Parents are the most important member of their child’s team! Parent training is an essential part of effective therapy and we work with families to include this monthly. We work with you on strategies that you can use in the home to generalize skills. Our teams also meet monthly to review progress towards treatment goals.
Our BCBA’s review data weekly and use this to make changes to your child’s program and adjust interventions to ensure individualization. This information is always available to parents and caregivers and our BCBA’s will explain the data and how we use this to make decisions.
